Two floors below ground contains personal practice room, each room is around 1-2 pyeong. The 40 rooms are like exam rooms. Department is separated by gender, male on the right and females on the left. Perfectly sound-proof, trainees can have their own personal space to practice. The slender (?) trainees are always greeting us brightly. In the female practice room, AOA Seohyun is having a 'one-to-one' English tutoring, just like colleges.
The first floor below ground is where the staff-use restaurant and gym are. Trainers here are provided with bathroon, gym room, make-up room. On the side there is also a dance practice room and a music theatre ready for the band.
On the 2nd floor is the proper creative space. There are 3 recording rooms A, B, and C as well as 2 ensemble rooms. Here we happen to meet FT Island Minhwan who just finished practicing.
3rd floor is equipped with production room for the producers, in these 9 rooms are where FNC music is born. CNBLUE Jung Yonghwa and Lee Jonghyun each has a room themselves. They can quietly compose without the members knowing in the room. The other 4 floors are the rooms of president and managers, as well as a courtyard on the roof.
With the number of staff reaching 100, FNC onw dreams of becoming an integrated entertainment company.It already attracted actor Lee Donggun, Yoon Jinseo, comedian Park Gwanghyun, etc, they've also started drama production.
